UNGAGED WATERSHEDS:  WHAT TO DO?

Surface-water data can be generated from historical streamflow records using regression analyses. 

"Synthetic" streamflow data (linked to a nearby station with continuous records) can be developed for an ungaged watershed to make decisions about the environment and water resources.
